NONEXCLUSIVE
BEAT LICENSE.

1 / Ownership

MAZUBEATS retains ownership and copyright in the instrumental beat and its original sound recording, except for third-party material disclosed by the Producer. Buying a license does not transfer ownership or make the beat a work made for hire. The Producer may continue to use, distribute, and license the beat to other people.

2 / Permission to use

After full payment, Buyer receives a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to incorporate the listed beat into one new song. Buyer may edit the beat as needed to make that song and may commercially release, stream, sell, distribute, perform, and promote the finished song without a stream or unit-sales cap. For a beat pack, this permission applies once to each beat included in that purchased pack.

Buyer may use the finished song in one official music video and in posts promoting the song. A separate film, advertisement, game, podcast, brand campaign, or other third-party audiovisual use needs the Producer’s written permission.

3 / Limits

Buyer may not sell, share, sublicense, upload, or distribute the beat or its stems by themselves; use the beat in more than one song per licensed beat; claim ownership of the beat; register the beat by itself with Content ID or another fingerprinting service; or block the Producer or other authorized licensees.

Buyer may deliver the finished song to a distributor or streaming service to release it, provided that the delivery does not claim exclusive ownership of the beat.

4 / Credit and the finished song

Where a platform or release format supports producer credits, Buyer will credit the beat as “Prod. by MAZUBEATS.” Buyer keeps rights in Buyer’s original lyrics and recorded performances. This license does not set a songwriter or publishing split for the finished song. The parties must put any song-level split in a separate written split sheet.

5 / Third-party material

MAZUBEATS grants only the rights it controls. This license does not include rights to third-party samples, loops, vocals, or other material unless those rights are expressly identified in writing. Buyer must obtain any required third-party clearance before commercial release.

6 / Payment and breach

The license fee is the amount shown at checkout. The license starts after payment is completed and the download is made available. If a party materially breaches this agreement, the other party may give written notice and 14 days to fix it. If the breach is not fixed, the nonbreaching party may terminate the license and pursue remedies available by law.

7 / Other terms

This agreement and the order details are the full agreement for this purchase. Changes must be accepted in writing by both parties. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent the law allows. The parties agree to use electronic records and signatures. Georgia law governs, without its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any law that cannot be waived.
